A national provider of both in-home therapies and professional consulting services for the disability market were looking for support in developing their business to the next level through marketing and communications.

We conducted a full audit and review of the organisation and developed a focused overall proposition for the company, including the service offering and customer segmentation, bringing together the two divisions more to strengthen the total business.

Having drawn out the brand essence, values and attributes through workshops we developed a Brand model to form a basis for ensuring consistent delivery of communications going forward.

Also included was a plan of future potential initiatives, both tactical and strategic.
