A full review of all activities and budgets, leading to the development of a more co-ordinated strategy focusing campaigns more on key target audiences such as landlords or student tenants and allocating resource accordingly. Included a review of the total customer experience, leading to improvements in processes and communications to increase consistency and satisfaction. Key results included an increase in property numbers of 17%, an increase in early student lettings of 50% and an increase in average rents of 12%.
