what they wanted:
A provider of managed IT services, Cyan were looking to drive their sales growth through developing a more strategic, partnership based service to larger businesses.

what we did:
Initially we worked with the business owner to develop the company brand proposition and marketing strategy in more detail, re-positioning away from being traditional, low revenue managed service providers to a strategic partner approach, an outsourced IT Director model.  As part of this we re-segmented their customer base, identified target sectors and reviewed how their offering was communicated.

This led to the development of a creative brief and the management of a 4-way agency pitch process. Once a new creative agency had been appointed, we then worked with them to completely overhaul the brand identity and implement this throughout the business. This included the development of a new website and content, internal and external signage, case studies and business templates such as stationery.

We also developed a social media content brief and campaign plan, managing the implementation and analysis, including developing weekly blogs and running monthly marketing review meetings.
